Workshop à l’ESAA Annecy, Master Terrain
A l’invitation de l’artiste et prof Aniara Rodado, An mènera ensemble avec Sarah Garcin, l’atelier Forêt IA, permacomputing et technorésistance à l’ESAA Annecy du 1er au 4 décembre 2025 . Elles exploreront des pratiques de computation écologiquement responsables. L’atelier proposera une immersion dans des méthodologies inspirées de la forêt, pour penser l’Intelligence Artificielle de manière située et durable. Les participant·x·es expérimenteront des outils low-tech et des approches collectives. Le workshop mettra l’accent sur la sobriété énergétique, les récits vivants et les réseaux non extractifs. Il encouragera une approche plus dissidente des technologies et invitera les étudiant·x·es à questionner et à réinventer leurs outils.

Workshop in ESAAA Annecy, Master Terrain
At the invitation of artist and professor Aniara Rodado, An, along with Sarah Garcin, will lead the AI Forest, Permacomputing, and Technoresistance workshop at ESAA Annecy from December 1st to 4th, 2025. They will explore ecologically responsible computing practices. The workshop will offer an immersion in forest-inspired methodologies to consider Artificial Intelligence in a situated and sustainable way. Participants will experiment with low-tech tools and collective approaches. The workshop will emphasize energy sobriety, living narratives, and non-extractive networks. It will encourage a more dissenting approach to technology and invite students to question and reinvent their tools.

Op uitnodiging van kunstenaar en professor Aniara Rodado organiseert An samen met Sarah Garcin de workshop AI Forest, Permacomputing en Technoresistance aan de ESAA Annecy van 1 tot 4 december 2025. Ze verkennen ecologisch verantwoorde computerpraktijken. De workshop biedt een onderdompeling in bos-geïnspireerde methodologieën om artificiële intelligentie via een contextuele en duurzame blik te bekijken. Deelnemers experimenteren met low-tech tools en collectieve methodes. De workshop legt de nadruk op energiezuinigheid, levende verhalen en niet-extractieve netwerken. Het moedigt een meer kritische benadering van technologie aan en nodigt studenten uit om hun tools te bevragen en opnieuw uit te vinden.
